Thank you both so much for all your help in getting us our dream vacation house in Ellicottville. We were there this weekend and absolutely feel that it was a great decision and a great buy. Both of you worked so hard to help us and we really appreciate it. Thank you very much for the gift basket. When we arrived on Saturday it definitely made us feel like we have made great friends already in our new town.

Thank you both for being so thoughtful. We will definitely recommend you as the "most go to" team in Ellicottville for real estate. John Hoffman gave us your name to give to the carmens and now we have bought. Hopefully that is only the beginning of the referrals. It all started with the hoffer but really it is your skill that keeps it rolling. Thanks again and we hope to have you both over for a cocktail soon.
